Cozy, quiet and beautiful place to spend some quality time with a loved one. Positive: My wife and I really enjoyed out time here. Such a beautiful place, in a great location with several eateries and conveniently close by a supermarket. All within walking distance. We’ll be back!

Positive: This property is adorable!! Right on the river, lovely patio for wine/coffee. Extremely peaceful, and within walking distance of grocery store, UM campus, and restaurants. Negative: Everything was superb!

My husband and I stayed in unit #1, ground floor with private patio. This is a great location right on the river to have morning coffee, very peaceful and the bed is super comfortable. We had a short stay, would have liked to stay longer. Great room, clean and responsive hosts!!

We stayed in the Clark Fork #1 room and it was fantastic, super comfy bed, very clean, super cute. The private deck was wonderful. It is the best location if you are going to anything on campus! I ended up adding a day to our trip after booking and Jordan could not have been more accommodating and kind to help me add that date! We'll be back many more times.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Missoula. Room#1 has a large private deck overlooking the river. Place has everything you need. Large fridge/freezer, keurig coffe maker and pods, tea and hot water kettle, nice linens and towels. Clean. Quiet. Great view. Would love to stay again.

This is a quaint spot right on the river. There are little tables and chairs where you can drink your coffee and enjoy the river flowing by. It was wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay. When I discovered I only booked one night instead of two (totally my error) our contact was gracious in allowing us time to go back to the room to clean up and check out. Beautiful view of the river!! We'll definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay. The suite was exactly as described and very comfortable. Great proximity to both the University and downtown. Even though it is March, we even had a relaxing evening sitting out watching the river flow by. We hope that there is space available next time we visit Missoula! Definitely a keeper - and we stay in a lot of Airbnbs.

Positive: This was a pleasant stay in a renovated historic house in a set of rooms with a private deck which over looked the river. It also had an innovative bathroom arrangement which I found convenient and pleasing. Negative: Nothing.

Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed. I loved the private patio that overlooks the river. We attended an event at the Adam’s Center and it is a short 10 minute walk to the event. I will definitely book this room again next time I stay in Missoula. The only thing to note which is nothing against the host or room is that there are homeless “neighbors” directly across the river, however, the tents were fairly obscured by trees so be sure to shut the blinds when changing (which is something to be done in any city really).

Great place and location on the waterfront by trails. We were on the bottom level and people above were a little noisy after 10, but not too bad. Squeaky floors and easily hear conversation. Overall, loved the rental!

For me with a short stay it was a very nice experience, I would stay there again. Positive: I had a ice suite,, private, with a great River view. Negative: I would have liked some breakfast options more than a coffee maker and energy bars. Perhaps some apples other fruit, muffins, etc. would have been a nice thing.

My husband and myself stay at Goldsmith’s whenever we are in Missoula. Both of us taught at UM and we have always appreciated it’s history and beauty. This was the first time we stayed in the Clark Fork Suite. The privacy and the sparkling Clark Fork kept us enjoying our meals on our porch corner instead of going to one of Missoula’s great restaurants. The sitting room and bedroom were comfortable with special amenities and soft linens. Loved the blue accents and walk-in shower. Jordan and Courtney are very friendly and communicative, and we believed them when they said for any reason at all we could contact them! Of course we’ll be back!

We picked Jordan and Courtney’s place because it had some privacy and views of the river. The location was perfect for us on our US road trip. The accommodation was perfect, the bedding was beautiful, bed was very comfy and facilities were spot-on. Jordan recommended additional places for us to visit which was helpful, always communicative and very nice when we met him. I’d highly recommend others to stay. Great find.

What a special place! Unique, roomy and quaint, Jordan and Courtney have done an excellent job with special touches and conveniences. We felt like royalty in the comfy king bed. We loved the history of the home along the river. If we are ever back in Missoula we will stay here again!

Our family adores Goldsmiths and has for many years. Now that it’s not a full bed and breakfast, it’s even more peaceful and quiet, though I do miss the homemade breakfast! :) The Clark Fork Suite was perfect for us - I chose it for the privacy and the king bed. We were in awe at the comfort of the bed, the quality of the sheets, and the zen that was brought to our trip being right on the river and hearing it through the windows and from the deck. One odd note is how much I loved the carpet under my feet. It felt clean, comfortable, and new. Lastly, I was seriously impressed at the cleanliness of the suite. Very often rentals and hotels have medium and fine cleaning details missed. As a former housekeeper I could tell thorough cleaning was layered in on the regular. Thank you Jordan and Courtney!

We loved our stay at Clark Fork Suite #1. I only wished we could have stayed longer. We had our own private patio that overlooked the river. Each night we enjoyed sitting out with a glass of wine watching the inner tuber, kayaks and dogs play on the river. The bed was extremely comfortable (Novafoam) and firm but not stiff. The suite was well stocked with a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of Starbucks coffee pods, tea, popcorn, granola bars, cups, plates, fridge and a microwave. The chairs and leather couch were comfortable and clean. I am skittish about old fabric couches, so loved having an almost new leather couch to sit on. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

This is a beautifully updated historic home with a great view & private setting. Positive: Loved the private patio area overlooking the River. It was great to have a private entrance. The bed was very comfortable. Negative: The shower head really should be replaced. It wasn’t very relaxing. Also, there weren’t enough supplies in the the room like plastic spoons or forks, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. not a big deal but is worth mentioning.

I would stay at Jordan and Courtney’a again in a heartbeat. The suite was clean and comfortable, and we loved sitting on the riverfront patio and walking to downtown Missoula shops and restaurants on the walking trail. Check in/out process was also easy.

We loved our stay. We were there for a wedding so we had to be out and about a lot. The space was so peaceful and clean and accessible. When we had time to rest it was the perfect setting. It’s quiet and right on the river so your soundscapes are birds and water flowing. The space was perfect for two people and had a good size bathroom (with great water pressure, lots of towels and storage) a big closet, tons of drawers and king sized bed! Thanks for the coffee, snacks, the shampoo, conditioner and bath soap! We will certainly be back!

If you want something peaceful with a nice water view and sound, this is a great one, with a patio too! Private...quiet...comfortable bed...great bathroom with lots of shelving for stuff. Even though the Clark Fork Suite does not have a full kitchen like the rest of the rooms, the frig is a tall one, so plenty of room for healthy things to eat. The only issue we had was with our streaming, but it was probably our fault as we're not Roku people, and we had better things to do anyway. Next time I will ask about it. Lots of wonderful places to eat are close by, also a market, walkable too. Sweet little town!

What a wonderful place to stay. We immediately felt a peaceful feeling even before going inside because of the rushing river outside the front door. It was a nice quiet location with an easily accessible walking path. The star of the show, though, was the river. Would definitely stay again if our travels took us to Missoula.

Here in Missoula for work at the University. It was an easy and beautiful 10 minute walk to the middle of campus. The space was fantastic— the bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. I appreciated the coffee, tea, water, and snacks. Thank you!

This place was great! It was so easy to find and the instructions they provided were spot on. The location is beautiful and walkable! We went in the winter, and the river was beautiful but I'm betting in the summertime it is even light years more beautiful. Very easy walk to UM and downtown for restaurants and shopping. They even provided snacks and coffee which was a nice touch!

I love this place, very clean and comfortable. The location is close to downtown and the university. I stayed here with my wife before covid, we enjoyed it and the great breakfast unfortunately the breakfast is no longer offered.

I'm super picky and do a lot of research before reserving. This was FANTASTIC! Clean, quick walk to downtown area, quiet, right on the river - just great! Even saw a black bear right outside our front window on the first night. My only thought was we should have stayed at a place with a kitchen since we stayed 5 nights. Would definitely recommend though!!

We loved everything about the apartment, the layout, the view and especially the location. We loved that the Madison Street Bridge was just steps away from our porch, gateway to the University and the Clark Fork River path. Even though we didn't meet, Courtney and Jordan's responses to any questions were immediate, as if they were there. The apartment was spacious, very clean, had all the essentials including alot of storage space for clothes and a delicious king size bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, would absolutely recommend it and would revisit. Thank you!!!!

This may be our favorite stay in Missoula and we have had several we have enjoyed. We come in for Griz games, so our goal is to stay somewhat near the campus. We were excited to reserve a room at Goldsmiths, and we were not disappointed. This downstairs corner room has a private porch looking out at the river and the footbridge to campus, really pretty and relaxing. The room itself is spacious and well appointed. The bed is huge and wonderfully comfortable. The bathroom is large with a roomy walk in shower. Even though the rooms were all occupied, we barely heard any of the other guests. We will definitely look to stay here again and enthusiastically recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely terrific place! The location cannot be beat. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. It was obvious that a lot of thought went into the furnishings and the perks. I really appreciated the good coffee and snacks. I already booked my next stay!

Nice spot close to downtown. The deck along the front is amazing to sit and listen to the river, and you can walk anywhere in about 20 minutes.

I would echo a prior review that I'm reluctant to say how nice this was because I want to be able to stay here every time I come to Missoula. It was perfect for everything I wanted out of a place to stay.

Jordan and Courtney’s inn is so lovely! The room itself was well-appointed, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The view from the porch is spectacular, and it’s so lovely hearing the river right outside. Location is perfect- walkable to everything you need. And lastly, the hosts Jordan and Courtney are wonderful- I made an error on my part and they kindly worked with me to solve the issue.

I plan on staying here every time that I visit Missoula. It’s very clean and comfortable. The view is fabulous and there is a nice spot to sit outside. There is a bicycle shop right next door. They left bottled water, coffee and a couple of snacks in the room. I greatly appreciate all that they have done to make my stay comfortable!

We loved our stay in Suite 1 wheee we enjoyed a beautiful view of the river and all the summer floaters. The proximity to shops and restaurants in town is super close walking distance. This place is a gem. Our vacation stay was made perfect here.

Small set up. No kitchen. No ice. Great location! Clean, quiet and they provide some odd amenities like Top Ramen.

Everything was very clean and the room smelled so fresh! The shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. It was a lot of fun to sit on the porch and watch folks floating down the river! We want to stay here again!

Jordan & Courtney’s studio was simply amazing. The location next to the river and the University of Montana made our stay so fun and full of adventure. This was a five-star property in every way. The location was perfect - just across the river from U of M, and also about a 15 minute walk to downtown. The river was not even a stone's throw away - more like an underhand toss. The place was as clean as could be with everything you would need. Thanks for the snacks - they were appreciated! It was very quiet too, and very private. Jordan and Courtney made it clear that they were available should we need anything, but we certainly did not! We will look to stay at this property when returning in the future.

We were fortunate enough to stay here for a week, and it seems to be the quietest place to stay in all of downtown Missoula. The bed was super comfy, and the entire space was wonderful. This is a wonderful location right across from campus along the river. It is relaxing and clean, as well as within easy walking distance from groceries, coffee, and restaurants. It is the perfect getaway for a couple.

Soft king mattress and silky sheets made bedtime a joy. Very much enjoyed the large walk in shower and clean white tile work. Snacks were thoughtful being we arrived quite late and kcups were there for a morning boost. Location is as good as you could want, close to everything the city has to offer. We were able to walk to most everything. Beautiful, private and quiet home on a roaring river. What more could you want for an ABNB stay!

This lovely place will not disappoint, anything you need is here. Location is phenomenal, any activity with the university is just a short walk away. Walked to the restaurants downtown, what a lovely area of the city! Pretty impressed with the view from our private deck and the shower was awesome, a real gem of a place to stay. The rooms were were spotless, everything clean…even in the corners. We’re already coming up with a reason to come back.

This was the best place we could have asked for in Missoula! Right in the heart of everything, just a quick walk downtown or to campus. The views were amazing and being right next to the river was so nice and relaxing! Will definitely be staying here next time we’re in Missoula.
