As we list on different sites, each platform has built in their own set of ‘fees’ incorporated  into their pricing. Our personal website should offer the best price to our customers, as  we don’t incorporate any extra listing fees. However, if you are able to find a better deal on one of our apartments on another site, we are happy to match that final price.

 

We list on several different platforms, and each of these have their own cancellation policy. We have set our policy to be as flexible as possible on each different site, but our general rule is a full refund up to 72 hours before check-in. Please reach out to us if you have questions about your reservation!

Once you arrive at our property, we have a thorough guidebook with ideas and recommendations for things to do, sights to see, and fun restaurants to check out. If you’d like recommendations ahead of time, please give us a call or email and we’re happy to help

There is a grocery store one block from our location.

Goldsmith’s no longer serves breakfast, as we have changed our model to a vacation-rental style accommodation, and most of our units include kitchens.

While we absolutely love pets, we do not allow pets to stay at our Inn.

We have an off-street parking lot for our guests, shared with Big Sky Bikes. Goldsmith’s guests have priority parking in the lot, but please park on the West side of the parking lot, in front of the Inn. 

Check-in is done remotely via key codes. Once booked, guests will receive a confirmation email. Then, 24-hours prior to check-in, a second email will go out that includes instructions to access the main building and the apartment. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out is 11 am.
